We are looking to recruit a Junior Ecommerce Merchandiser to join our fast-growing Commercial team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and train as part of an exceptional team to become a highly professional Ecommerce Merchandiser. You will have the opportunity to transform into an ecommerce pricing and listing expert- you will learn to look at the current market, evaluate prices and trends and set competitive prices for your products. As you grow into a strong Ecommerce Merchandiser with ongoing training, you will learn how to publish your product details online, evaluate the pricing market and write product descriptions that will be read by the millions of customers who visit our busy website every year.

  • Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    Take part in regular training sessions with your mentor and the Senior Ecommerce Merchandisers where over time you will learn to:

    • Set pricing margins to maximise sales.
    • Create new product listings, with the support of the team.
    • Work closely with buying and marketing to discuss stock availability.
    • Support customer services and sales staff with product and pricing queries.
    • Develop and present KPI reports on performance.
    • Make changes to improve the customer experience.

    • Your written English is very good. Remember, your work will be read by our many customers and you will be representing the business image.
